About the role: 

The Lead Chief Architect will sit in the core technical division and be responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technologies for customers across the Division, leading the delivery of the Technology and Development function globally. They will liaise and collaborate with suppliers of technical solutions to enhance product range and customer relations, as well as manage stakeholders and gather feedback from them to inform improvements and adjustments to technology. This will be a remote position with the role reports into the VP Engineering for the division. 

In your role you will: 

• As Lead Chief Architect, you will guide technology leaders across a host of products, to execute and deliver all aspects of technical evolution fit for customer and industry needs. 
• Combine strategic thinking and business acumen with a deep knowledge of the video streaming industry and technology trends 
• Ability to manage and grow large engineering teams on an International scale
• Oversee high level architectural design & evolution 
• Implement and oversee all technology standards and best practise to optimise pace and quality of delivery 
• Attend multiple events globally and speak about product suite and more

Activities - IT Strategy

Requirements

Professional Services Leadership & Delivery

• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing Professional Services team with strong technical, commercial, and project management capabilities.

• Manage resource planning, allocation, and team capacity while ensuring high utilization and billability.
• Oversee program execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery with strong risk and issue management.

Business & Financial Oversight

• Provide detailed monthly and quarterly reports on ongoing project performance and financial metrics.

Experience & Qualifications

• Business platforms (O365, Salesforce, CloudCoach).

As a Research and Development AI Prompt Engineer, you will be at the forefront of creating and enhancing our software products. You will maximize the value of the R&D team’s delivery in research, design, prototyping, and development of new features and solutions. In this role, you will focus on developing, optimizing, and finetuning AI prompts for various natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI systems. You will work closely with software engineers to improve model outputs, refine AI understanding, and ensure the quality and accuracy of generated content.

As an AI Prompt Engineer, you’ll play a key role in creating effective and efficient prompts that maximize the performance of AI models, particularly those focused on tasks such as anomaly detection, prediction, question answering, summarization, and more.

Main Responsibility Areas:

• Develop, test, and optimize natural language prompts for a variety of tasks, ensuring that AI models produce accurate, contextually relevant, and high-quality responses.
