Job Responsibilities
- Delivers Professional Services to sound technical, business, and professional standards while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and success
- Provides technical expertise to Customer on ongoing business operations on device management
- Protects and furthers the Company’s excellent service reputation.
- Self-starter: Scopes and defines tasks, schedules, and delivers on time with quality delighting customer
- Researches and follows up on technical issues related to deliverables to inform, communicate, and train associates
- Applies technology and process to solve business problems. Makes technical decisions based on the business environment and carries forward the implementation to ensure the customer success.

Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to manage deliverables in ambiguity and work with the team/customer in charting a course/resolution path forward
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred
- 6+ years software consulting or development experience including direct customer contact
- Knowledge and experience with the professional services project lifecycle (scoping, requirements, construction, QA/test), experience working in a fast-paced agile environment is a plus
- Overall, 6+ years of experience in at least two of the following domains
- HTML, XML, DHTML, JSON, JavaScript (including jQuery UI library, functional objects, state machines)
- Web services, BIRT, EJB, REST, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, NoSQL, BigData querying and other related technologies
- Networking (knowledge of communication protocols, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, Routing, etc)
- Should have 3 years’ experience in RDBMS. PL/SQL
- Should have 1 year of development support experience
- Should have 1 year of experience interacting with North American Customer
- Should have a go-getter attitude, should have analytical thinking
- Should take ownership of work assigned and deliver with high quality
- Strong English communications skills
Experience with three of the following domains
- MS Office Suite with expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
- Data analysis and inference skill to pinpoint trends, patterns and present analysis to customer
- Source control systems (CVS, SVN etc.) and build related tools
Preferred Requirements (in addition to Minimum)
- Programming experience and Oracle/Reporting/Business analyst experience a plus
- Experience with Home Networking Environments (Modems, Routers, etc.)
- Prior experience with (CDP, SMP, HDM, MAS/HAL) or OMA- DM/TR069/LWM2M device management protocols is a huge plus.
