We are partnering with a leading global provider of OSS/BSS software, trusted by Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications operators.
As part of continued international growth, they are seeking a high-performing Sales Director to lead complex enterprise software sales across key markets.
This is a senior individual contributor / leadership role focused on driving large-scale, multi-year software deals into telecom operators and service providers.
You’ll own the full sales cycle for complex, consultative engagements, working closely with technical, product, and executive stakeholders.
You’ll be selling mission-critical platforms that sit at the heart of telecom operations – enabling automation, service assurance, orchestration, and operational transformation.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across telecom operators and service providers
Close complex software deals averaging $1M+ ACV, often multi-product and multi-year
Build and execute strategic account plans across Tier 1 / Tier 2 telco customers
Engage C-level stakeholders (CTO, CIO, COO level) and translate business challenges into software-led solutions
Partner closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and product teams to shape winning proposals
Navigate complex procurement, RFP processes, and multi-stakeholder buying groups
Develop strong pipeline discipline and consistently exceed revenue targets
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in enterprise software sales (telecom or adjacent industries strongly preferred)
Experience selling into telecommunications operators is highly desirable
Exposure to OSS/BSS, network software, digital transformation, or related platforms is a strong advantage
Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals ($1M+ average deal size)
Strong consultative / solution-led sales approach (not transactional)
Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level (C-suite / VP Engineering / CTO offices)
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and deal strategy capability
Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, matrixed environments
