We are partnering with a leading global provider of enterprise telecommunications and IoT management software. They build high-performance network automation, device management, and smart data platforms that power Tier-1 telecom operators and enterprise networks worldwide.
They are expanding their European sales team and looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer based in Poland to drive technical discovery, deliver compelling product demos, and architect tailormade solutions for international enterprise clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Technical Partner to Sales: Own the technical sales lifecycle—from initial discovery calls and architecture presentations to deep-dive RFPs/RFIs.
- Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into scalable software architecture proposals (focused on network management, device onboarding, and IoT protocols).
- Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Ownership: Lead technical demos and PoCs to showcase product value directly to CTOs, Network Directors, and Solution Architects.
- Bridge R&D & Sales: Work closely with core engineering and product management teams to feed customer insights back into the product roadmap.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Pre-Sales Experience: 3+ years in a technical pre-sales, solution architect, or sales engineering role within B2B SaaS, Telecoms, or IoT enterprise software.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise networking, telco standards (TR-069, USP/TR-369, LwM2M, or SNMP), or smart IoT platforms.
- Client-Facing Confidence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to break down complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
